COVID-19 Mask Mandate

Due to the substantial increase in positive Covid-19 cases over the summer months, all residents and individuals on Medford Housing Authority property, including common areas, must wear face coverings over their nose and mouths when walking through common areas of the Medford Housing Authority and in public areas.

As a Public Housing Agency located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in conjunction with the Federal Fair Housing Law, the Medford Housing Authority shall endeavor to promote safe and secure affordable housing in an environment free from discrimination. The MHA will continue to ensure equal opportunity and affirmatively further fair housing by providing a suitable living environment free from harassment and obtainable on the principles of fair housing regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ancestry, genetic information, marital status, veteran or active military status, age, familial status (i.e., children), source of income (i.e., Section 8 voucher), domestic violence and language spoken.
