Federal Elderly/Disabled

The Medford Housing Authority (“MHA”) will be accepting pre-applications for its one (1) and two (2) bedroom waiting lists for Federal Public and Affordable Housing for seniors (62+) and disabled applicants. The lists will open on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. and remain open until further notice.

The MHA is continuing to accept pre-applications for its Federal Public Family Housing two, three, and four bedroom waiting lists, which will remain open until further notice.

To obtain a pre-application, you may:
1) download and print the pre-application below;
2) email us at applications@medfordhousing.org and request a copy be emailed;
3) mail a written request that a Pre-Application be mailed to you; or
4) visit our administrative offices at 121 Riverside Avenue in Medford, Massachusetts.

Pre-applications must be mailed to, or dropped off at, the Medford Housing Authority, 121 Riverside Avenue, Medford, MA, 02155. Completed Pre-Applications must be returned to the MHA Administrative office or postmarked no earlier than Monday, November 27, 2023.
