Maintenance

Please call to report any problem that requires the attention of the Maintenance Department. 

When you call (781) 396-7200 to report a problem, it is important that you give your name, address, description of the problem.  All maintenance orders are recorded and given a work number. 

Unless it is an extreme emergency our maintenance workers have been instructed not to respond to verbal requests given to them by residents.  They will only respond to Work Orders which emanate from the Maintenance Office.  Therefore, if you wish your maintenance request be processed, you must call the appropriate number listed above so that we may get accurate information about your issue.
